Coming from cows born and raised on this farm in Lower Normandy, fed more than 90% with the farm's own fodder (grass, hay, straw, cereals, corn) and without soy, the milk produced daily is processed on-site at the farm. This guaranteed traceability, from field to spoon, and a perfectly controlled artisanal processing give this range of creams and yogurts an incomparable taste, texture and smoothness.
