We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase. If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only offer refunds for items sold at regular price, sale items cannot be returned.

If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive an offer credit for the amount of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something for an identical item, email us at info@monepiceriegourmande.com

Any item that is not in original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

As soon as the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.

Shipping costs are not refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
