This Château-Chalon has a golden yellow color. This wine has a delicate and straight profile, perfectly balanced and fresh. It reveals tension and precision in its crystalline flavors, which give it great aging potential. Notes of nuts and apple, with fat and length, make it one of the greatest wines in the world!

Terroir : vineyard planted on a steep hillside (50% drop) of blue marl covered with limestone scree.

Vinification : aging in cellars dating from the 16th century, in Burgundian oak barrels for a minimum of six years and three months in oak barrels without racking or topping.
