Vene Cress is a plant that nicely complements the decoration of your dishes. The leaves of Vene Cress are green with fine red veins. Its slightly tangy taste goes well with a wide variety of dishes.

Vene Cress goes equally well with fatty dishes such as sweetbreads, liver or fatty fish (mackerel) as well as with a green salad.
