L'Empereur fresh Tomme cheese - 500g

Fresh tomme is a strongly pressed, lightly fermented, and unsalted curd made from cow's milk, traditionally extracted from the Cantal or Salers cheese-making process for use in cooked dishes. It is ideal for preparing truffade and aligot.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them fresh throughout the journey.
