We present this exceptional Tomme de Normandie, made from milk carefully selected from the Cotentin and Bessin Marshes Regional Natural Park. This authentic cheese seduces with its fruity notes, delicate milky aromas and subtle acidity, as well as its smooth and melting texture. Matured for four months in the Chef-du-Pont cellars, on wooden boards, under the expert eye of the Master Cheesemaker of Isigny-Sainte-Mère, this Tomme reveals an ivory-colored paste and a slightly marbled ochre rind, offering a sweet and elegant flavor.
