Tuna cooked with white beans and ratatouille - 250g

Perpetuating the gastronomic tradition of the island of Groix, Groix & Nature offers artisanal products based on seafood.

In this authentic local culinary workshop, 15 men and women, proud of their roots, create all the recipes using raw materials mainly from local fishing.

The rillettes, preserves and ready meals are entirely handmade without coloring or additives.

The recipes are prepared with simplicity in mind to enhance the subtle, salty flavors of the raw materials used. Rich in Albacore Tuna (33%), Groix's iconic fish, this recipe is cooked with white beans and served with a fresh ratatouille made on the island of Groix.

Reheat in the oven directly in its jar, 15 min at 180°C.
