Tuna cooked with white beans and ratatouille - 250g

Perpetuating the gastronomic tradition of the island of Groix, Groix & Nature offers artisanal products based on seafood.

In this true local culinary workshop, 15 men and women, proud of their roots, make all the recipes using raw materials mainly from local fishing.

The rillettes, preserves and ready meals are entirely prepared by hand without any coloring or additives.

The recipes are prepared in simplicity in order to enhance the subtle and iodized flavors of the raw materials used. Rich in Albacore White Tuna (33%), the emblematic fish of Groix, this recipe is cooked with white beans and accompanied by a fresh ratatouille made on the island of Groix.

Reheat in the oven directly in its jar, 15 min at 180°C.
