Bigorre black ham terrine - 180g

Made with the Black Pig of Bigorre in the South-West, this terrine restores the nobility of the ancestral know-how of the breeders of the Pyrenees and the exceptional taste of the Black Pig of Bigorre.

This new product in the range contains 20% of Black Ham of Bigorre AOP and should be enjoyed at room temperature.

The Padouen collective brings together breeders, as well as local pork butchers and salters, keen to perpetuate the breeding of the black Gascon pig under the Protected Designation of Origin Porc noir de Bigorre AOP. This ancient breed originates from the central Pyrenean Piedmont.

Ingredients: Black Pork Throat of Bigorre AOP (40%), Pork Liver (30%), Black Ham of Bigorre AOP (20%), Rice Flour, Egg White, Milk, Salt, Pepper.
