Master craftsman of Tarn-et-Garonne, Maison Micouleau produces preserves without coloring or preservatives, from selected meats from the South-West, supplied through short circuits, PGI for foie gras and duck confit. Founded in 1888, this family business from Beaumont has passed on its know-how from father to son in the gastronomy of the South-West. Its foie gras regularly wins gold medals at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris.
