The hams bearing this designation are among the best hams in the world. They come from purebred Iberian pigs "pata negra" and are fed on acorns (bellota) that they find in the "dehesa", stony meadows planted with oaks where they live in freedom. This diet guarantees them a thick and tasty fat, characteristic of the Bellota 100% Ibérico ham, with a delicious hazelnut aroma.

From these pigs, Señorío de Montanera also produces chorizos, lomos and paletas. Whole, diced, sliced, to make work easier in the kitchen, Señorío de Montanera offers its exceptional products in multiple forms.
