Located in the village of Cayrols, in Cantal, Le Cayrolais is an artisanal company founded in 1908 and awarded many times in charcuterie tasting competitions. With an impeccable artisanal approach to food safety and quality, Le Cayrolais perpetuates tradition and uses wooden drying rooms to give a unique flavor to its sausages, hams and charcuterie. Attached to its terroir and in the heart of the chestnut groves of Cantal, the house sources its pork from local farms. It also preserves traditional Cayrolais recipes, promotes the know-how of its team and passes on its know-how to the next generation.
