Since 1995, Maison Bolard has specialized in pâtisserie charcuterie, continuing to use methods inspired by artisanal expertise at its production sites in Saint-Amour in the Jura and Chaponnay in the Rhône.

Each brioche-wrapped saucisson consists of 60% premium pure French pork saucisson and 40% pure butter brioche dough. The pistachios add a delightful touch of color, crunch, and delicate flavor to this generous specialty.
