Since 1995, Maison Bolard has been producing traditional charcuterie and pastry products. Today, it is the leader in pâté en croûte.
Recognized for their gastronomic quality, pâtés en croûte are made with stuffings rich in pieces of meat previously marinated with spices and herbs.
The brioche sausages are made from superior pure French pork sausage in brioche, with 40% pure butter dough and 60% pure French pork sausage including pistachios for extra color, crunch and flavor.
Reheat for 15 min in a hot oven at 200°C, thermostat 7.
