Since 1939, Amiotte has been perpetuating the art of Franche-Comté charcuterie with this Morteau sausage (IGP). Slowly smoked over fir wood using an age-old method in traditional smokehouses, it reveals a unique, balanced, and tender flavor. Made with respect for tradition, this sausage is renowned for its quality, notably its gold medal at the 2016 Paris International Agricultural Show.

The Morteau sausage, an emblem of Franche-Comté, is prized for its pronounced smoky flavor and tender texture.
