The term yakiniku means grilled meat in Japanese. Yakiniku is a Japanese-style Korean barbecue. This sauce, with rich aromas and an enveloping texture, is produced from soy sauce, mirin, onion, vinegar, apple and garlic. Meats or vegetables are marinated in yakiniku sauce before cooking.
