Michokono 3 citrus ponzu sauce - 150ml

Very fresh, very marked on citrus, this ponzu has a subtle aroma. It combines soy sauce, dashi and a Japanese citrus fruit. There is also often a little vinegar or mirin. This ponzu is made from organic ingredients: dark soy sauce (soy, wheat), vinegar, yuzu, sudachi and yuko juice, sugar, mirin.
