Salers AOP raw milk ±1.2kg

Salers is a French raw cow's milk cheese with a pressed, uncooked paste, originating from the Cantal department. Its firm paste is encased in a thick, dry, bloomy rind. This cheese has a minimum fat content of 44%. It is presented in a cylindrical shape, varying from 38 to 48 cm in diameter, with a weight ranging from 35 to 55 kg. Each wheel is identified by a distinctive red plaque and a traditional engraved imprint on one of its faces.

All our fresh products are shipped in specially designed insulated packages containing ice packs to keep them fresh throughout the journey.
