This Saint-Nectaire Fermier AOP, with its protected designation of origin, is presented in a refined wooden box (Tradition & Prestige) that ensures ideal preservation and elegant presentation. Made from raw cow's milk, it has a semi-firm, pressed but uncooked texture. Each cheese weighs between 1.6 and 1.7 kg, with a diameter of 10 cm and a height of 5 cm. Matured for at least four weeks, it develops a thin, bloomy rind with varying hues, as well as a soft and creamy interior. Its distinctive flavor, with subtly salty hazelnut notes, delights even the most discerning palates.
