Fleischschnacka meat roll - 1.8kg

A roll of beef and pork noodle dough, Alsatian tradition.

Brown slices in the pan for 5 minutes on each side, watering them with their broth, then leave to simmer for about 15 minutes.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the cooking broth, accompanied by a salad.
