Fleischschnacka meat roll - 1.8kg

A rolled noodle dough with beef and pork, traditional Alsatian.

Brown the slices in a pan for 5 minutes on each side, basting them with their broth, then simmer for around 15 minutes.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with the cooking broth, accompanied by a salad.
