Our butcher has selected these 2 pretty hazelnut roasts of lamb for you. This meat is particularly appreciated, particularly because it is tender, has a melting texture and light taste.

The hazelnut roasts of lamb are boneless double fillet lamb chops, then rolled up on themselves, held in place with a thread.

Pan-fried, grilled on the barbecue or baked in the oven with a little thyme, it's a real gourmet treat!
