Rillons traditional recipe x2 - 220g

Pork belly rindless cracklings, lean and fatty, alternating in layers in an ideal proportion of 2/3 lean meat to 1/3 fat. The color is golden to dark brown on the outside, and pink when cut. The flesh, preserved by long cooking, is tasty and melting.
