With their stuffing of comté cheese (AOP: Protected Designation of Origin 40%), parsley and fromage blanc, Dauphiné ravioli have benefited from the Label Rouge since 1998.

They are made without coloring or preservatives. Cooked in water in 1 minute or au gratin, they can be served plain, with a sauce or in a broth, as a starter, main course or side dish. They are suitable for vegetarian diets.
