Ponthier purees are made from fruits, from carefully selected varieties, harvested according to their stage of maturity. Originally from Serbia, the traditional refrigerated morello cherry puree is perfect for desserts, ice creams or sorbets, jams, fruit jellies, coulis or even icings. You can also refresh yourself by using it for cocktails, smoothies or milkshakes.
