Refrigerated pineapple puree - 1kg

To source its pineapples, Maison Ponthier selected Costa Rica. Indeed, the pineapple grows mainly in the warm regions of the southern hemisphere. We note that the cultivation of this exotic fruit requires unique know-how: the plant must be fertilized then harvested at the right time to guarantee its full flavor. Thus the pineapples processed by PONTHIER combine many qualities: a high sugar level, an absence of acidity, a sunny yellow color, a fruity taste and a fibrous texture entirely faithful to that of fresh fruit. The pineapples selected to produce PONTHIER puree are grown in a green setting, the fruits are picked by hand.

INGREDIENTS: Pineapple (90%), pure cane sugar. No preservatives, no coloring.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels allowing them to be kept cool throughout the journey.
