Olive puree with figs - 100g

This fig olivade is a subtle and original vegan recipe, combining the sweetness of the fig with the character of the olive.

Ideal for aperitifs, it is available on canapes with fresh goat's cheese, on toast with your favorite cheese, in mouillettes with a boiled egg, or in bites with a base of green salad, wedges of cherry tomato and pieces of feta.

It also goes well in a Lebanese sandwich with cucumber and feta, or in an oriental salad with tomatoes, cucumber, feta and oregano.

This olivade enhances a cold tomato soup and makes a tasty chicken with olives.
