Ardèche chestnut puree 875g

The reputation of Maison Imbert, a manufacturer of candied chestnuts, chestnut pastes and creams, is well established. It has been established in Ardèche since 1920, in the heart of the French production area. Its manufacturing processes guarantee a raw material of exceptional quality: mechanical peeling of the raw product to prevent the taste of the husk from contaminating the product during cooking, manual sorting of the chestnuts to remove even partially damaged fruits before cooking, and no use of sucrose but only glucose to maximize the fruit content.
