This flower pollen has a taste note of dried hay. It has been dried to a water content of <5%. It is a super food, with multiple benefits (immune, metabolic, digestive and antioxidant)... It can be consumed with fruits (compote, salad...), in a vegetable soup, in an infusion. Each type of plant corresponds to a type of pollen, a true identity card of the plant. It comes from the reproductive organs of the flowers, at the terminal point of the stamen. This explains the shades of color of yellow, orange and light brown or even black, that is to say as many grains of pollen as there are species of flowers! The pollen, which clings to the legs of the bees as they forage, is collected using a trap at the entrance to the hive, which allows for a weighted collection.
