Sansho pepper powder - 12g

Sansho pepper powder made from the grinding of carefully selected Sechuan peppercorns. Traditionally, the Japanese sprinkle it on their dish of unagi, sweet grilled eel.

It is also appreciated to enhance caramelized dishes with sweet and sour sauces: teriyaki or yakitori.
