Sarawak black pepper - 140g

Sarawak black pepper (piper negrum) is harvested by hand in an eponymous state on the island of Borneo, Malaysia. A great classic among peppers, it combines elegance and finesse. Particularly fruity with citrus notes, it reveals a woody scent and a moderate, yet well-marked, spiciness. Very versatile. it goes well with red meats, duck, seafood such as sea bream, bringing a signature to the recipe. Its woody note also enhances the flavors of the cheese.
