Kampot white pepper

Kampot pepper is recognized as one of the best in the world. It is grown in the Kampot and Kep provinces of Cambodia. It has been awarded the Protected Indication of Origin (PGI) label since 2010.

This white pepper is harvested before it is fully ripe and then stripped of its pericarp, making it a milder pepper. It reveals floral notes of fresh mint and eucalyptus.

It is used to season red and white meats, fish and seafood, vegetables, and salads. This rare and delicate pepper is best used at the last minute in your recipes; it does not tolerate cooking well.
