Smoked sweet chili powder from La Vera

Only the finest and most beautiful peppers from the Spanish region of La Vera are used to create this powder. The peppers are grown in mid-winter and planted at the bottom of the lake. Later in May, when the plants are well grown, they are transplanted from the seabed to the land, where they grow until harvest. The main pepper varieties used are Jaranda, Jariza, and Bola, all carefully selected for their quality and flavor.
