Lemon and pepper flavor pearls - 90g

Tasty gelled spheres with a liquid center of peppered lemon juice that burst in the mouth and transform both the flavor and texture of your dishes. These pearls are ideal on fish carpaccios, salads, smoked salmon or even sushi and also provide an original replacement for the traditional squeeze of lemon on your oysters or fish-based preparations.

Ingredients: Water; 7% alcohol vinegar; concentrated lemon juice 4%; fine salt ; thickener: cellulose gum; acidifier: citric acid; gelling agents: calcium chloride and sodium alginate, lemon flavor 0.4%; coloring: lutein; ground pepper 0.07%; preservative: potassium sorbate.
