Blue Poppy seeds, both aesthetic and refined, have multiple uses. As a decoration on bread or cakes, to enhance salads and vegetarian dishes or to give this sweet and subtle taste reminiscent of hazelnut to creams, soups, stuffings or fresh cheeses, they bring color and crunch.
