Pavé | Organic Aveyron sheep's cheese with wild garlic

This organic sheep's milk cheese, with its exceptional appearance and flavor, is made using a traditional process. It has been carefully salted, rubbed, and turned by hand. Its paste is made from AOP Lacaune sheep's milk, richly marbled with wild garlic.

This cheese won the Gold Medal at the 2023 Lyon International Competition.
