Veal Quasi steaks offer a unique experience in terms of flavor and tenderness. They can be grilled, sautéed or roasted depending on whether they are cut into slices, cubes, escalopes, steaks or roasts. The versatility allows for endless preparations. For quick cooking on the plancha, opt for thin slices and sear them quickly: 1 to 2 minutes is enough.
Whatever the cooking method, it must be like veal, all finesse and delicacy. Grilled, pan-fried or roasted veal is eaten barely pink or medium rare, which preserves its tenderness.
