An original charcuterie specialty that combines the distinctive shape of the Pavé Mâconnais with the delicately spicy character of Espelette pepper.

Produced by Salaisons du Mâconnais as part of the Clos de Pierre range, this dry-cured sausage immediately stands out with its round pavé shape, reminiscent of a small Camembert. It is offered without casing, making it easy to slice and allowing for beautiful, uniform slices ready to serve.

It is made from EU-origin pork meat and fat, then seasoned with 0.2% Espelette pepper. This adds a pronounced yet balanced spicy flavor, as well as a lovely orange hue to the slice.

Its texture, firm yet tender, and its seasoning make it a characterful alternative to traditional dry-cured sausages.

Its size of approximately 250 g is ideal for aperitifs, charcuterie boards, or buffets. Serve it in thin or slightly thicker slices, accompanied by rustic bread, gherkins, or a few pickles.

It can also be thinly sliced to add a spicy note to mixed salads or certain hot dishes.
