Pavé de Vire is a charcuterie specialty as tasty as andouillette. Its main ingredient is pork mutton, cooked and smoked to obtain a result with a characteristic and powerful taste. Original and simple to make, Pavé de Vire is presented like a steak.

It reheats for 8 minutes on each side on the grill, in the oven or in a pan, and is served with old-fashioned mustard sauce, mashed potatoes or a green salad.
