Panna cotta - 125g

This panna cotta comes from an Italian recipe, where the cream is enhanced by the mastery of cooking and by the real vanilla pod from Madagascar.

The raw milk used is collected warm morning and evening from farms located near the workshop, in order to guarantee production without any heat treatment.

It is particularly enjoyable when unmolded and served with cooked raspberries, black cherries or fresh strawberries.
