The Iberian Paleta Señorío de Montanera is made from 100% Iberian pigs raised in natural pastures and fed on acorns during the Montanera season. In addition, the pigs raised in Extremadura are certified by the prestigious Protected Designation of Origin “Dehesa de Extremadura”, which represents a seal of guarantee of its extraordinary quality.
