Braided mozzarella is a variation of the classic buffalo milk mozzarella from the Campania region. Its slightly creamier texture than the classic mozzarella di bufala, its slightly more pronounced flavor and its original presentation make it ideal as an antipasto, or as an accompaniment to cold cuts and cold dishes.

Its texture, however, remains firm enough to also accompany your salads.
