The majority of raw materials come directly from Burgundy, in order to have the freshest products possible.

Ingredients: Brown cane sugar, egg whites, roasted hazelnut powder 16.0%, roasted chopped hazelnuts 13.2%, wheat flour, butter, wheat gluten, malted wheat flour.
