The natural pâté en croûte is a classic for dinner aperitifs, country cocktails and picnics. This mini format allows you to make bite-sized slices and makes it easy to transport and handle. Authentic, it is prepared with a stuffing made of turkey meat and pork throat, surrounded 3/4 by a golden crust and "closed" with brandy jelly.
