Intense chestnut (chestnut cream) - 950g

Made from French chestnuts, Marron intense is a mixture of paste, cream and chestnut puree, with a very pronounced chestnut flavor because it is less sweet than a classic chestnut cream.

Each of the precisely measured ingredients brings its added value: the chestnut puree reduces the sugar and strengthens the flavor, the cream brings smoothness to the chestnut cream.

Marron intense is ready to use, directly to poach, while the chestnut paste needs to be softened with chestnut cream to be smoother and more easily used in baking.
