The Charentais Bundle - 90g

The fagot charentais is a lean and very lightly salted pâté, covered with thyme and pepper.

Made from equal proportions of French pork liver, throat and shoulder, its flavor is very fragrant, with a herbal flavor (fresh sage and thyme) enhanced with mignonette pepper.

To be enjoyed with a full-bodied red wine.
