Hand-pressed yuzu juice - 100ml

Yuzu is a yellow Japanese citrus fruit weighing around one hundred grams. This hand-pressed, unpasteurized pure fruit juice retains all the properties and taste of fresh yuzu. Its subtle and complex scent is somewhere between mandarin and citron.

It can be used to replace lemon in both your savory and sweet preparations: sorbet, fruit salads, cocktails. It will also go wonderfully with your sauces to accompany fish and seafood.
