This ham has the same taste qualities as the bone-in ham from which it comes. Taken without the bone, it is easy to slice and ideal for discovering or rediscovering the exceptional taste of Bigorre Black Pork ham.

On the palate, it is long and soft, and reveals a beautiful palette of aromas where dried fruit predominates. Its fat, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, enhances the aromatic complexity for which Bigorre Black Ham is famous.
