Extra virgin olive oil 03 Douceur selection Amandine Chaignot - 50cl

Kalios extra virgin olive oil is a selection by star chef Yann Taneau. Green in color, Koroneiki olive oil finds its strength of character and fruity taste in Greece on the lands of the Peloponnese.

The olives were entirely harvested in January by hand from trees sometimes 300 years old.

Late harvesting gives this oil a ripe fruity taste, with notes of hazelnuts, a beautiful roundness on the palate and devoid of bitterness.
