Black fruity AOP Baux de Provence olive oil - 50cl

This olive oil comes from 4 varieties of olives (Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane and Verdale) from orchards in the heart of the Alpilles. These olives are picked at full maturity and stored.

This oil expresses a so-called unfinished or fermented nose, some truffle notes and a real sweetness on the palate.

It is used cold in garlic salad, to make mayonnaise and drizzled on confits, mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
