Gomashio (black sesame and salt) - 50g

Gomashio provides a light saltiness with a powerful aroma of toasted sesame. Its name is formed from goma sesame and shio sel, in Japanese. It is an integral part of Japanese culinary traditions.

It is used in many recipes, on rice, vegetable gratins, meat, fish such as tuna rillettes, on pumpkin soup, but also on mozzarella or desserts.
