Caught in the cold waters of the Northeast Atlantic, this haddock is transformed into a delicious smoked haddock after being carefully salted, prepared and smoked in the JC David workshops.

Well known in Norway, as haddock is the main ingredient in the famous Norwegian fish balls, it is also very popular in British gastronomy, particularly through the emblematic "Fish & Chips".

Ideal to eat raw on toast, or cooked in seafood sauerkraut.
