The Dombes farm poultry farms benefit from a unique territory, surrounded by ponds. The Dombes Poultry Farmers' Association was created there in 1992, based on the shared decision to raise slow-growing farm poultry outdoors, with a 100% plant-based and mineral diet free of GMOs and antibiotics. All poultry have access to outdoor spaces with meadows, hedges, and trees providing natural shelter. They receive care based on essential oils from plants. The location of their slaughterhouse is in close proximity to the 31 family farms, reducing their stress and preserving the tenderness of their meat. Hand-plucking is carried out using traditional methods.

All our fresh produce is shipped in specially designed insulated packages that include cooling gels to keep it fresh throughout the journey.
