The Dombes farm poultry benefit from a unique territory, surrounded by ponds. The Dombes Poultry Farmers' Group was created there in 1992, around the shared choice of raising slow-growing farm poultry outdoors, with a 100% plant-based and mineral diet without GMOs or antibiotics. All the poultry have access to outdoor spaces with meadows, hedges and trees offering natural shelter. They benefit from care based on essential oils from plants. The location of their slaughterhouse is in the immediate vicinity of the 31 family farms, reducing their stress and preserving the tenderness of their meat. Manual plucking is carried out using traditional methods.

All our fresh products are sent in specially designed insulated packages including cooling gels to keep them cool throughout the journey.
